Explore the mission

01 / THE STUDIO

One studio. More ways to solve it.

SQUARE GRIDD brings design, software, visualization and immersive experiences into one connected practice. We help founders and businesses turn a brief into something people can use, see and experience.

Start with the problem, choose the right disciplines, and make the handovers between them work. A project can begin with one brand and bring in another when the brief calls for it.

Clarity at every stage.

A shared brief, visible decisions and an agreed handover. Here is how we structure the work.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the people, business goal and constraints before choosing a solution.

  2. 02

    Define

Agree the deliverables, responsibilities, milestones and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Create

Develop the design, content and working prototypes with planned review points.

  4. 04

    Build & review

Implement the agreed scope and test the journeys that matter.

  5. 05

    Launch & hand over

Prepare accounts, approved assets, documentation and training.

  6. 06

    Support & evolve

Separate defects, maintenance and new requirements so future work stays clear.

THE HANDOVER

Know what you will receive.

  • A written scope with inclusions and exclusions
  • Named review and approval stages
  • Agreed design files, code or media deliverables
  • A launch or handover checklist
  • An explicit support and change-request arrangement

The signed project scope defines the final inclusions, formats and responsibilities.

BEFORE WE TALK

Bring a useful starting point.

  • What are you trying to improve or launch?
  • Who will use it, and on which devices?

07 / QUESTIONS

A few things you might be wondering.

Which bob brand should I approach?

Start with the outcome. bobDesign shapes spaces and products; bobTech builds digital systems; bobVisuals creates imagery and motion; bobXR develops interactive experiences. If your brief spans several areas, begin with SQUARE GRIDD.

Can one project involve multiple brands?

Yes. We define the workstreams and dependencies in one scope so models, imagery and software can be coordinated. Each deliverable still needs an agreed owner and approval.

How do you estimate a project?

We look at complexity, content readiness, integrations, device coverage and review requirements. A written proposal follows discovery; a price shown for one service is not a quote for an unrelated project.

Who owns the final work?

Ownership, source-file delivery and any licensed third-party assets are stated in the project agreement. We make those distinctions before work begins.

Can you support a project after launch?

Support can be scoped around updates, monitoring, content changes or further development. The agreement identifies what is included and what requires a new estimate.

Is a consultation a confirmed appointment?

Submitting the booking form sends a request. We confirm availability and payment details before confirming the session. Read the current fee and booking terms on the consultation page.

Can we begin with a smaller phase?

Yes. We can define a first phase around one complete outcome, then identify what belongs in later work. Each phase has its own scope, price and review criteria.

How do we give feedback?

Nominate one person to consolidate comments, identify what needs changing and approve milestones. Review rounds and the effect of changes are agreed in the proposal.

How does vision2046 fit into the studio?

vision2046 is our long-term innovation initiative. XR for Education is its first project in development, with room for other initiatives that address meaningful needs.
