Before you send

  • ₹2,000 fee: payment is requested after availability is agreed; this form does not collect payment.
  • Project credit: valid for 30 days after the session, once against our project service fee; external subscriptions, hosting and vendor costs are excluded.
  • Refunds: non-refundable after the session and written scope summary are delivered. If SQUARE GRIDD cannot provide the agreed consultation, we refund the fee.
  • Rescheduling: one reschedule is allowed with notice before the session. Any cancellation or no-show terms will be agreed before payment.
  • Confirmation: your preferred time is a request; the appointment is confirmed separately after availability and payment.
